I disagree. There appear to be strong synergies in management, properties and finance, the essential foundations of a profitable mining operation. A group that have developed mines is unlikely to turn into "promoters". Haven't done any DD on the properties but suspect there will be near surface oxides that will provide good cash flow for future growth without excessive dilution. Dilution has been the curse hanging over all the last few years.
