Some deal...

two floundering gold promotions decide to merge and flounder as one. Insane number of shares out on these pumps so mother of all roll backs coming. Eons away from ever getting your money out of this if ever.

I disagree. There appear to be strong synergies in management, properties and finance, the essential foundations of a profitable mining operation. A group that have developed mines is unlikely to turn into "promoters". Haven't done any DD on the properties but suspect there will be near surface oxides that will provide good cash flow for future growth without excessive dilution ...more

I doubt very much that cge/mai would be going ahead with this merger unless there was very  good evidence that cge had the makings for a profitable low grade mining venture!
