If you just took a couple minutes to do some DD you would have found out that the WAF shares will be listed on the Venture upon completion of the transaction.

Most investors in this stock are small Canadian retail who got sucked in by their brokers, me included. (Probably should sue those *****s one of these days) Anyways, I doubt many want to hold shares
