They are tons of value plays...cashed up trading below their combined asset and cash value.
Mining has been affected. In fact I have noticed almost all the silver and gold producers have much higher inventories on their balance sheets. Stockpiling and selling what they need to operate is a great move. Large miners and small producers are both doing this.
It bodes well for the 3rd and 4 rth quarters this year....sell down some inventory to create a profit.
