Nothing special in terms of price. But the bid-ask spread is usually 3 euro cents - now it's just one cent. Also the bid-ask volume sizes of the market maker are usually 10k but now are both 50k. Could be good news, not sure what it could mean if anything.

I noted the same, however volume is still light. IMO, it's likely that two events could get the stock price moving in a sustainable manner; major media coverage and substantial progress on the desulphurization.  There have been many positive developments during the last month and a half, however these developments have stabilized the stock price in this range and not led to an increase.&

I've got a few exciting stocks in my portfolio but this is certainly the most exciting one. I'm going to look to see if there are any other high potential hidden gems on the CME - looks to be an amazing space for venture capital type publicly listed companies (not without risk though!)!

Most of the small cap stocks that I know of are on the TSX Venture.  Cielo will be moving from the CSE to the TSX Venture during the next few months. I've been investing for a while and I have never seen a gem like Cielo in the small cap space.  As you mentioned higher risk.............but then higher reward !
