Pretty easy to figure out. From the investor slide deck "Additional Facility Builds. Cielo expects to build at least 1-2 corporate facilities over the next 24 months in addition to another 1-2 JV facilities. With 5-7 facilities in operation Cielo expects to realize in excess of $350M in revenue and almost $200 million in profits."   So lets say Cielo pays 30% tax and realizes ...more

What are you daft? 25%insider ownership with institutions holding large chunks that all are looking at $10 plus. This has been 16 years in the making and is Don's baby. It's not selling for anything less than a mint.

I don't have the amounts for either but First Choice Financial just converted debentures into just under 10 million shares and was already a large shareholder. McWhirters fund would also be a large shareholder and as the price goes up we will see more institutional ownership. I could have been nicer about it but my point was that when you add the 28% insider ownership as this heads towards $5 ...more

I apologize as there was no need for that. 28% management/insider is what they have listed in the investor slide deck from April 28th. If you look on Yahoo it lists about half of that for insider ownership so I'm not exactly sure what constitutes an "insider" as maybe that includes some of the fund managers as well? Or more likely the Yahoo information is incorrect. Regardless I ...more

I went to Yahoo and found only 12% insider ownership and zero institution owners   maybe outdaated

As I said if you go to the second last page of the investor presentation from April 28th posted on the website under investor materials it says 28% management/insider. That's going to be the most accurate info. I'm not at all worried about this getting taken out too soon.

Every city in the world is looking to reduce waste. I would simply say price targets are significantly higher. There will be pressure to be bought out by a large waste company. Enjoy the ride. GLTA
