The co. spins it as necessary to appease institutional investors but Don said in one interview that the cost of a 4000 lph plant is $75 million (up from $50 million) so maybe REIU wanted the royalty gone to make the economics work with a higher priced plant.

Renewable U was the one to pay the royalty. Now Cielo shareholders fork over $3 million (10 million shares) so Renewable U gets a break. Not fair. Cielo needs to renegotiate the revenue share arrangement with Renewable U.....
