That's exactly what their quote said that I posted.

Daily reminder FPX is a bloated share structure of almost 300 million shares and in northern BC where transportation costs to the nearest facitlities is 4000 kmh away would be thru the roof. Also within the hardest province in Canada to get mining permits.

They didn't state this. They said they had the highest hickel sulphide concentrate grade, which is true only by virtue of the "sulphide qualifier.
