Does Mark buying today mean we won't get assays released anytime soon?

I'm no lawyer but I wonder to what degree the previous 2-3 quallitative news releases describing assay results qualify as disclosure?  Don't know the answer but is it possible these releases pass the legal test for disclosure and unelss they uncover something materially different than they have described they are under no obligation to release quantitative results until they are ready

Mark did state they are contemplating sending assay samples off continent to speed up some results, I would imagine it's the core they were most interested in seeing first. He also said they wanted to get a group of results before releasing.  As well they can assume based on the known core mineralization like dunite etc they know there has to be nickel in there that's similar to what

Also, there are a few other companies I am following. Generation Mining has a property near Marathon, and Grid Metals has a Crawford Like propterty near Matachewan. They were drilling at the same time, and so for they haven't published results yet. CNC isn't the only company drilling.

This was more than 6 months ago... "Canada Nickel Company Inc. has provided preliminary results from the start of its drill program at the MacDiarmid nickel project located 23 kilometres southwest of the company's initial Crawford discovery. Assays are pending on all holes."

Mark did mention a timeline for the pending results in the video conference. I expect sooner. Imo
