They needed to show they were earning revenue from GoalTime. It's there arms length revenue stream. All the other revenues are from 3rd party contracts. Those can disappear at any time each year. Aquisitions are exciting ... but they are not the answer to everything.
How can you look past 90 days of promotion for goal time and have European revenues of 850 bucks ?? How ?
I could earn more collecting empty bottles in alley ways over 90 days. Seriously.
That's why your seeing the bottom fall out ..... and the merger will not save this stock. IMHO.
The idea is fantastic .... thats why I bought in twice ..... but with no ( new ) revenues ... I bailed ....
the writing was on the wall. Can this turn around. Sure it can. But it's not looking great short or medium term.
