This is an extremely interesting and profitable short play for someone. I have been watching the debentures but no one seems to want to sell. This seemed strange since the precipitous fall in the share price would indicate the company will not survive. But, now I understand after reading this board. The short sellers own the debentures and the more they short, the lower the price which allows them to short even more since they can cover with the shares issued for interest. There will be no short squeeze as they don't have to buy on the open market. This now seems to me to be a very smart move on the part of some very astute investors and not motivated by the fact that they think the company will not survive. In fact, they want it to survive to maitain the value of the debentures and to play the same card again in 6 months when the next interest pament is due. I predict the price will go up to around .75 after the dillution but we could go through this same senario in 6 months unless the company significantly improves results. Could be a good buy at current price with a quick pop after the end of June.
