RE:RE:Data room....Dalesio...I hear you loud and clear....it certainly felt like being strung along for a long time. When I game it out I have to think that there is no situation where JS and team did not want to get the permit and caused delay outright. They too went through periods or optimism, frustration, bewilderment....and yes, throw in some poor execution or incompetence in the mix over the past 10 years.
All that said - they have delivered....and I personally believe that what they communicated over the years they did believe - dont think they fabricated stuff....
It's been a tough grind for us longs -- hoping that we see our value within a couple months.
