On the subject of RCK share cap

It looks like they have 50m shares issued. We have 3X that. If they can hit 5 then using a very very unsubstantiated comparison we should be at 1.65. Maybe with the permit.....

Actually Rock Tech have 66 million fully dilluted shares and CRE is close to 180 million counting shares, warrants and options. It is close to a 3 for 1 looking at the shares only. But their Georgia lake project has only 13 million tons while Rose's project is around 30 million tons. I think it is better to compare to LAC... They are finance, they have the permit and they are on construction phase... So with the permits and the strategic partners we will be in first class !  My guess between 5$ to 10$ I am a shareholder for ten years and never sold 1 shares and i have a truck load of shares  thank you guys for your input every day Sniper42

That's a good question Carifier, one I've been scratching my head over and why I posted. The news was a masterful work of spin In reality the only material news in the release is that 3 big money investors took equity stakes. If you consider a current total of 50 million shares outstanding (with rounding error) The release says the billionaire three investors 1) Peter Thiel 5% stake 2) ...more

Very good analysis Blowshigh. In the Lithium 2.0 situation, there will be many NR's related to investors trying to get in with the action. A smelter in Germany makes alot of sense and buying hard rock spodumene from Canada would be cheaper than getting it from Australia. If and when the smelter gets done there are more chances of getting their first boat load of concentrate from New Nemaska or ...more
