PP was bought deal at $1.10 so people have been selling to cover there buy in to the deal. That's done as of tomorrow so that pressure will stop and asks will dry up.

Thanks for explaining that point rockhound01. Given we are in an EV anything frenzy i guess it was bad timing to have all the people selling to cover themselves. I was wondering who was selling us down almost everyday. Looking forward to that stopping. THERE IS NO REASON THIS IS NOT 1.75$.

Hi JR. The private placement was priced at $1.10. The stock has been trading in the $1.20s so people that bought into the private placement that previously owned shares could now sell those shares and then use the funds to pay for their $1.10 private placement stock.This is legal and since there was a 15 million dollar raise I suspect that many of the shares that have been thrown into the ask over
