I see volume 805. That means someone got bored and thought, perhaps i will drop 1k into this stock just because i am stuck at home and bored. I am trying to determine what the strategy is here. By the time we get news nobody will care.

Low or very low volume with no big changes in s.p mean's....everybody is waiting..... nobody want's to sell and the buyers are checking if they can get the lowest price possible.  Usually if volume it's because sellers let shares go in these cases.

This is the CRE management way! WT actual F do they do on a day to day basis to earn their huge salaries!? They won't respond to me emails or take my calls, so maybe someone else has spoken to them?  We won't see permits until mid summer or later based on their timeline delivery in the past. By the time we see anything tangible our SP will be back below $1.
