It seems that there is some new information to consider.
Water issues are usually a complicated subject.

Thank you Hovis. The last paragraph seems to be contradictory to the rest of the message. Is this just a simple matter of applying for exemptions for those water courses? Maybe someone on here knows these inner workings of our incredibly efficient government systems. No wonder China has a stranglehold on the supply chain...

NO stress at all for the Rose project! Look the last sentence: In view of the elements stated above, Transport Canada deems the measures proposed by the proponent and the potential conditions of the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada to be adequate and has no additional mitigation measures to propose. All good for me

I read it a couple times and at the end it looks like Critical has to ask for an exemption from the CNWA for 28 out of 40 waterways on the Rose property, even if they are used only occasionnally. The document is saying that other then that the study is good to go. We need to talk to JSL. I am far from being sure that i am "decoding" this buraucratic language correctly since the last ...more

The important think is how the market will react on this statement. This came out on thursday and nothing look's like it at an impact on friday trades. Maybe it will have none at all. Maybe when more people will know they will take this on the negative side. Never easy for CRE.....when you see other who can go fordward without taking care of BAPE What else after that ? Go CRE Go

I am in agreement with your assessment. We'll see what the exemption entails.

Hi Folks, This update is basically the same document that was published back on April 14th, the only change as stated in the opening paragraph "There was an error in the number of watercourses that would require exemption." So the listing of watercourses has changed slightly in this updated version of the document that is all.  The exemptions issue has been known since originally ...more

I'm thinking the same tinker, regarding the exemption. Seems to tend towards a need for an exemption. While the last paragraph, seems very positive overall. If one of the longs, can talk with JSL and confirm? I think we'd all appreciate the clarification. Go CRE Go
