Dear CRE Management

Dear CRE Management,

I hope all is well. It's been quite some time we've heard from you and was worried as you haven't returned our calls or emails. We would appreciate a corporate update as there hasn't been one since Trump was in office. How's the feasibility study going? An increase in the NPV would certainly help our share price. Any news regarding the promised year end permits? Sure would like to know the reason that's taking so long. Are the drill rigs on their way to increase the resource? Been hearing about those long before Trump was in office.

We are also concerned about Mr. Haber as he hasn't been seen in eons, hope he's ok. Same goes for the new IR guy, saw the announcement but he now must be in witness protection because there's no way to contact him.

Any way you can drum up some more interest in the stock so that we're not being held hostage by 2 houses? Billboards, sandwich boards, hockey sweaters, leaflets dropped from airplanes or hey maybe even a some real marketing.

I know we are simply the cap in hand shareholders that have been supporting this stock since Obama was in office but we would really love to know whats's happening. Will be sharpening my pencil for the AGM voting in anticipation of your response.

Sincerely,

Your Loyal Shareholders

Rockhound, great letter.  I hope they read it and realize the "little guys" (us small time shareholders) are getting beyond fed up and frustrated.  At this rate, we will miss the boat.  Literally.  How hard is it to update us but at the same time, why can't they 1) start a marketing campaign (use some of those cheap shares you raised capital from by surpressing ...more

Should give rockhound 01 as may thumbs up as possible, maybe management will be interested to see 50 + thumbs up on a post

Rockhound   Your bang on with your comments! It's simply baffling why the company cannot or will not carry out such simple requests. In many ways has  me questioning the whole viability of this company,

Thank you rockhound, this was perfect.  I know there are challenges to all of these things you are calling out . . . but supposedly we have some experienced professionals at work that can cope with them.   The company's performance in the last quarter was abismal.  There was momentum for us and it seems like it was squandered.  the tease of the environmental permit ...more

Canadiandave, I agree with your assessment/comments.  However, your vote won't matter.  Neither will mine.  Neither will all the long-term stockhouse members.  There won't be a new boss.  Odds are all of us will sell in the next few years and I guarantee you that JSL (and his posse) will still be at the helm (no pun intented....HELM never worked out.....my ...more

Hello Redbull, Thanks for your comments. The only thing that I would disagree with is the inability of shareholders to take on management. Twice I have witnessed grassroots movements oust the management. Even the heavy hitters finally had enough and wanted action, they don't like sitting on "stale" money. As previously mentioned I was one of the people praising the management of ...more

Hi Blaggers, Thank you for your input. It's nice that JSL will take your calls. Management has a responsibility not just to a couple but to all of it's shareholders. They have a 1.5 billion dollar asset yet run the company as if it were a Couche-Tard. There are a number of holes in this story and it's time that management stepped up with a Clear and Concise update and not a BS news ...more

I am grateful for this conversation.  Know my vote, and possibly all our votes together, on their own could not change management . . . but I believe that we can be an influence and ask these questions to their face at the AGM . . . and then vote accordingly.  CD

What are the credentials to access the virtual AGM?
Comment by 110158 on Jan 06, 2022 4:07pm
If you are a shareholder you should have received them weeks before the AGM and register your ID on line. Each shareholder received them with the way how to do.

Thank you, it may have been filed, will pull it out.

How many votes would be needed for a change of personnel at the top? Could our votes have an impact realistically?
Comment by HuntNGather on Jan 06, 2022 1:35pm
In my opinion the message that would be sent would not result in direct removal.  It could certainly send a message though.   Maybe it would hurt feelings.  Maybe it would be a 'last straw' for someone who is already on thin ice and perceived as a cancer in the company. Given how few people actually vote their shares and the seeming reality that it is always 90+% in ...more
