As previously stated, it appears 3 mil shares have been shorted.
With a stock of this potential, this does not happen without a nod and wink from management and institutional buying recognizes this.

I'll chime in as I need to rant a bit :)   Have a look at the Aug 11th press release about the Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate Plant eng. study. The first paragraph is not pumping up or presenting great news but disclosures that nothing is certain, high risk, bla bla.. who puts that at the top of an NR??? It's always at the end.. This sums up a few of the tendencies we have observed over the years with these guys. Time after time when a milestone has been achieved something steps in to blunt the importance (especially to the SP value) of that achievement. WHY? that's the big question here. I believe that an agreement on dilutive financing may already be negotiated, but I would expect it to be somewhat north of the options excercise price of $2.59.
