The first paragraph is not pumping up or presenting great news but disclosures that nothing is certain, high risk, bla bla.. who puts that at the top of an NR??? It's always at the end.. Time after time when a milestone has been achieved something steps in to blunt the importance (especially to the SP value) of that achievement. WHY? that's the big question here.
