I agree wholeheartedly that they are jerks. They may be morons. OR... They may be the same entity or an associate who is holding the lid down on the Jack-In-The-Box until just the right time and buying with another account.  They MAY IN FACT be the same group that is actively acquiring the shares that the frustrated few are dropping at this very undervalued level to the tune of about 500k

It does seem fishy. I would not say "moron" without knowing the motivation though. However, to get a bite on an offer that size would require a big fish and some big news. So when the word is out that financing is signed, then maybe ?
