Put yourself in the shoes of the person(s) who may be waiting to place a bid on Crew's outstanding shares....
 
Their offer will be judged and considered releative to Crew's current share price, which has just had a nice runup....
 
If I were that person, I would not do anything for at least several days of even a few weeks. This would allow the share price to drop as investor's began to doubt or question what was going or not going to happen. Then, when the SP has fallen somewhat relative to this runup, put the bid in. .... Just trying to "get inside their heads" .
