CENTURION ARRANGES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Centurion Minerals Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placementof 1.4 million units priced at 25 cents for gross proceeds of $350,000.Each unit consists of one common share and one-half share purchasewarrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for one common share at33 cents for a period of two years from closing.

Proceeds from this financing will be used for general workingcapital purposes, due diligence of potential projects and to advanceexploration programs on the company's current properties.
