RE: Tech Deal Sucks!
I understand what you are saying, the deal does appear like a handstring but the Tech option if fully exercised will see CUU hold worse case 25% of a potentially a multi 1bn dollar asset that will go to production. So I think there is a real opportunity here particularly at these prices. If Tech doesnt excercise then we still have to get another partner and that also has it's risks.
Do you know when they expect to finish the bankable feasibilty?
