As I mentioned previously, I am shocked that Hack,Lubow and others have not made a legal challenge. Just my impression but we know the previous management has a huge investment but have been silent, it is my feeling there has been a lot of behind the scenes negotiating. The new crowd needs them otherwise they will not get this pig to market. It will also gain market confidence if they reach agreement.

Just my impression, or more appropriately my hope that we will see a solid and competent joint board and an agreement to start this up again. I could be way outbid left field but I sense this is the reason. Peter is still the roadblock that must be overcome.
