Are we now in a position where the only action open is for anyone with the finances and evidential documentation to commence legal proceedings against current and former directors for acting against the interest of the majority of the shareholders?
It seems to me that unless someone is able and willing to do this that we are giving implied permission for Rhodes and Bakema to continue shafting us right left and centre. Personally i'd gladly risk the residual value left in my CVM shares if someone were to commit to this course of action else all that will happen is that Rhodes will raise cash by issuing something like 200 million shares at 2.5c on the general market.
