Intellectual Property

Hi All, just curious if anyone knows if these fine folks at CVR can sell the intellectual property out from under us and never be heard from again?  I've been expecting to see a similar device to "suddenly" show up for the past year now under a newly created company name. I've heard nothing about a bankruptcy....could they just choose to sit on this potentially money making device forever...or be forced to sell it for that matter?  Truly a shame that they have managed this company into the ground.

I would expect that CVR Medical could sell the IP as this would be a legitimate way to realise some value from the development of the device todate but I don't think they would get much for it as it doesn't yet have FDA approval. I don't believe CVR Global could sell the IP as I don't believe they own it any longer.
