I can say that in Winnipeg/Manitoba we are well known by the Ministry of Transportation, the city and all the contractors. We completed a large project there last year and many in the past including the Kenaston Boulevard overpass and we expect to be awarded more in the future.
As to ongoing R&D and testing, it always takes years for new products and methods to be adopted even if they are a no brainer and lower in costs as well.
But once they do then ………..!!!!!
