RE:Have a ton; but tempted to buy more under 20c I am buying at these prices, last purchase was 0.19CDN. I will likely continue to buy until prices start having a connection to revenue and earnings growth, which I am hoping is about 4 quarters from now.
Is LaFarge REALLY in the business of acquisition of small construction companies?
Why would they EVER buy cematrix?
First of all, there are no patents, so the value is purely in the business and tangible machinery/buildings etc.
Second of all, why would you ever take that risk??? Cematrix goes out, does all of the marketing, setup, pays employees, pumps the product, cleans up, and moves onto the next job. They do this while buying concrete from LaFarge.
Current arrangement means they sell a bunch of extra concrete, while taking on zero extra salary/marketing/business risk. It wouldn't make any sense at all, in my opinion, but what do I know?
Cheers!

I'm still surprised that Lafarge hasn't gobbled these guys up yet... it will probably happen over the next 12-18 months and it should be at a share price much higher than current levels.
