Based on the latest numbers as well as moderating inflation pressures; Cematrix should really start to put up some impressive quarterly results over the next few quarters... I'm still surprised that Lafarge hasn't gobbled these guys up yet... it will probably happen over the next 12-18 months and it should be at a share price much higher than current levels.

The insiders own 20% of the company The CEO 3.6 mil shares and the Mix On Site CEO around 9 mil shares Then there are many investors who hold over a million shares and the rest of us 4, 5 digit to 6 digit amount of shares. So all these people think the company is or about to turn the corner and with the bidding pipeline growing over $460 mil currently CVX will benefit from it in years to come

I am buying at these prices, last purchase was 0.19CDN. I will likely continue to buy until prices start having a connection to revenue and earnings growth, which I am hoping is about 4 quarters from now. Is LaFarge REALLY in the business of acquisition of small construction companies? Why would they EVER buy cematrix?   First of all, there are no patents, so the value is purely in

Valid points there Aarman Let me put my 2 cents from a different perspective. Apparently 2 sides CVX and Lafarge are very good buddies. Why would I wanna buy CVX and I will most likely buy CVX cheap but why buy cheap so that kendricks who happens to be my buddy with 3.6 mil shares only made $1 million from this deal. The way I am looking at it is Lafarge is good friends with CVX and would like

I think the takeover candidate will be a SNC, AECON or Stantec.  To add this technology to there plateform can be a big advantage.
