The Venture exchange is dead!

Any stock that is listed on the Vancouver stock exchange is in a downward trend.  The world situation isn't helping it either.  That's why CVX might even go back into the high teens.  They should go do another podcast.   Lol.  So much for going to the TSE by year end.  Lol.  I know Jeff.  BUY SOME OF YOUR SHARES BACK!!!!!

That's a good point Vin I think I did say something similar to that After all they got $23 mil from the recent pp at .65c They could spend few mil to buy at least 10 mil shares and still have over $17-$18 mil left to make acquisitions

I mentioned it also a week or two back.  They might as well use the money for that because there is a good chance the 81 cent warrants are not going to be exercised if things don't change for the better.

Vin now the part with warrants I can tell you this if institutions wanted to push this stock over a $1.00 with nothing to support it Trust me they can do it. So I guarantee you they will push the stock to .81c tonhave those warrants exersized. The only reason when it won't get exersized is if institutions and CVX has issues with one another or if CVX is going under which is not the case AT ALL ...more

I'm well aware they can but they haven't shown any interest in running this stock up at all.  Just keeping it deadsville land.   I have even wondered in the past if LaFarge isn't the one keeping it down so that eventually they can take it over for next to nothing. Something isn't right here.  What it is we will probably never know.

Well if Lafarge is keeping it down , there's no point for the CFO to have paid 0.41$ .... unless he already sold it after a 10% loss. No point to do webinar too. Look at the volume we had today looks like accumulating mode. No point buying at these level to sell at a loss in 2 weeks...

Vinick I totally agree with you I said it in the past I feel Lafarge will buy this out for next to nothing before we see the full potential will add in the new year to average down dont see much happing in the near future.
Comment by Kalsabor on Dec 16, 2021 8:17am
if Lafarge buys out Cematrix, they have to pay minimum 0.65$ no? Otherwise veritas and co will lose a s#&t load of cash...

More like Lafarge could buy 10% of the company for investment purposes You have insiders who have bought shares at various prices all the way up to .65c Then you have the PP that was done at .65c The fact is the relationship between CVX and Lafarge is very good as evidenced by their 5 year renewal of their partnership. You are talking nothing but smoke from that end. CVX will not sell NOT AT THESE ...more
