IwandererSorry to burst your bubble but I've been on the site before. Sad to say I've been on FTG's site before as well meaning...................got shares in both. I also listened to the DDIC conf calls and did in fact read their press release as meaning all cash for the commons. "DDi will acquire Coretec for approximately CDN$25.2 million (US$23.5 million) comprised of approximately CDN$7.4 million in cash for Coretec's common stock and the assumption of CDN$17.8 million" .................hence DDi stock is not being tabled as an alternative.
Are you going to the Special Shareholder meeting on the 29th? I expect that management would have to be present along with some of the Board members. It may be the last chance you get to express your opinions.
