Here is one fund manager concerning the new plant. It took about one year longer than anticipated to get the new plant certified with final and full potential clearance by major customers by the end of the month:

It took an extra 2 years.  Near the end of 2016 they said the transition would be complete by Q1 2017.  An a minimum it's an extra two years (who know how long they will have to run the old plant given CZO's track record).  The question is why would any purchaser have any confidence in CZO to maintain basic standards when it took so much extra time for them to finally clear customer audits?  Will CZO fail future audits?  Will CZO lose what's left of their existing customers?
