RE:RE:RE:RE:Debt-free Ceapro (CZO) at 4x adj. EBITDA and the Buyout I must have had brain fog. Their 2 key products BG and AV are used for the cosmeceutical industry. They don't sell BG as a food additive.

AV for cosmeceuticals is only 65% of their business. Doubling of output could be ramping up production after the agreement was inked. Rev was $4.4M in previous q2. I don't think we'll see $9M in rev for q2 as AV is only 65% of their business. Will find out within a few weeks.
