That said I will throw you a bone. As you dont have any reasons to support this deal other than trust Gilles, I will give you one. If Gilles and Ronnie were to align their pay and the new top heavy board's pay and the rest of senior managment's pay with shareholder interests it would go a long way . If they were to say to the shareholders that the profess to value so much.
"Dear owners you will be payed first this time. We your trusted managers will take this risk with you and we will all prosper together. We will be paid in share options that pay us if the share price rises so when you our owners for whom we work see your share price go up only then will we take money, if not then we will all suffer together."
