If the BG pill has a similar effect as Oatwell powder than we could have better than the 12 - 15% LDL reduction reported for the Oatwell study considering; 1) higher dosage 2) longer study period 3) possible synergistic effects with statins 4) broader range of patients with different degrees of hypercholesterolemia

Yes, some additional differences that can make this BG pill more successul in the clinical study vs. the Oatwell study. On the eve of results from this BG study and some others, it befuddles me as to why there was a seller today from BMO who hit the bid by selling 48K shares. Being one seller is better than multiple sellers, perhaps one was selling for tax loss, to purchase a car, etc.

Share price of CZO is in the low end of it's 12 month range.  Suprising that there is zero premium priced in when transformative news could be on the horizon.  Seller must either be tired of waiting and sees better opportunities elsewhere or needs cash for other use.  Hopefully, if there is good news Gilles can capitalize on it.  Would be nice if he can get a partnership

To fall back on any negative interactions between oats and statins, it's great that the protocol of the study was modified to allow some patients to take the BG pill alone. With 3 different dosages of BG one will be able to graph the interaction between BG dosage and statins. Perhaps there is an optimum level of BG to max. the overall effectiveness if both can be used simultaneously.

YES, very odd....must have needed the cash for something....but yes we are like 1 or 2 weeks away from results. The post study is very good and does show that we can possibly see good results as well.
