The BC Gov issued the permits without full consultation with the TCG. The TCG will fight for Sheslay to stay undeveloped, they have been for years. Now the relationship between the BC Gov & TCG is changing in how permits will be granted. The TCG stand on Sheslay development will not change, the question is, how will the BC Gov deal with the permits they issued before the reconcilation agreement signed recently.
They're already put a moratorium on Jade & placer-mining permits. The BC Gov appears to be working with the TCG"s land use demands.
