This agreement is to be celebrated.  It will provide so much more certainty for resource companies operating in the area, as well as ensuring that FN have an informed say in decision making and are set to benefit from recource development.

Let's not forget that there is already a BC Government / First Nation shared decision making agreement in place with the Taku River Tlingit FN for the actual land that Doubleview's Hat project is on.  
No one will be making any unilateral decisions.
