OT: Excellent Read...

OT: Excellent Read...Last summer I posted several Vancouver Sun articles by David Baines covering the disturbing sotry of how a 22 year old fraud artist took a working class grocry store clerk for hurdres of thousands.

Today he wrote another story.. this time mentioning that the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) is now involved.

https://www.vancouversun.com/business/Baines+Forex+whiz+Adam+Keller+accused+defrauding+investors/4414271/story.html

This is another case where the work of Baines and the Vancouver Sun has forced action .. and as happy as I am to see it happen it remains too little and demonstrates a disturbing reality of how the system works in this country.

This story in particular resinated deeply with me.. Criminologists would agree with me I'm sure that by allowing this sort of thing to go on we are indeed pouring oil on the slope. Its one thing to create a venture and allow people the opportunity to take a chance on it.. its another to sytemtically prey on people knopwing full well the system doesn't have the will to hold you accountable.

This character claimed to have a PHD in economics if I rmember correctly.. his whole "act" was to create trust.. and defraud.. its a criminal matter and BC by its slow an insufficient action/inaction is proving once again that ripping investors off is almost 100% legal.. if you're fortunate enough to have the Vancouver Sun carry your story you may see some movement.. but for some reason even though this is clearly a case of fraud no charges yet.

We need to empower ourselves.. the system is there to make you think you're protected..

By the way...

Now that you all know former insiders ripped you off in every way how many of you have gone back and read the sales arrangement papers again and had that epiphany?

The day look filed those papers I posted here that you were all about to get ripped off .. don't vote for the sale of assets arrangement terms..

I could tell by the wording of the papers that it was disigned to get you to agree in advance to a sale you would not be happy with.

So my question to you people is ... having now absorbed the fact that you were hustled by thieves can you now read that document again and see it the way I seen it?

I'm pointing this out because to me that document was as I called it at the time.. a giant red flag.. there was never any doubt in my mind fromt he moment I read it that the powers that be at look were going to pull some nonsense that would see you receive less than ou should for that spectrum.

If you can no see that red flag for what it is then you now have that persepctive needed to see right through the nonsense that goes on. Its a valuable tool going forward.

Take Care!
