Maybe... they alluded to as much earlier. Also, with a vaccine on the horizon, fewer people I think are going to risk tax loss selling this year.

I still don't think they'll bring the dividend back until some time in Q2 2021, something they've mentioned in their quarterlies. They really want the economy back first and the only way that's going to happen is with a vaccine.
