I think you are confused about how the dividend works, the yield drops as the price rises until/unless the company increases what it is paying for a dividend.  With the stock price dropping ...more

Most royalty and dividend plays out there spit out that much (and some more), as did pipelines until the very recent strength.  You think DE should be yielding as much or more than some of the ...more
