Doesn't make sense!

Excellent results every time there is a release . stock goes down! whats up! I think it is a scam. Why so long for results on holes never seen this in my 35 years playing the market. If so good why hasn,t there been a hostile take over for this property and the others they have and next to nothing in value.i i don,t get even though i,m a share holder . Any comments please
