Great Deal

Love this deal - free carry, no capex, no opex, no dilution, 9% oof sales - a great partner - Denham is the best one can get - and then we have a June 2023 deadline for production - that will be good cash flow in just a few years time if all goes to plan.  My calculations say at least US$2m / annum in cash flow from June 2023 when in production. This is probabyl low. Bet it will be much higher as mine rate seems low for resource size.  See https://www.finnewsnetwork.com.au/archives/finance_news_network23375.html
We now have US$1m in sales from Namibia - maybe $2m if IMDH comes back soon to offshore property for another mining run. Then we will get a cash pmt of $2m (hopefully in Q3 or Q4) and then this free carry.  Maybe now company can turn to Red Sea - like to see some action there. A great deposit .- huge resource.

It's about time! I follow DFR since 2007... And I wait for RedSea since 2010... It's just time to have some very very big reward.. Evaluate Red Sea at 20B in 2010... So anyone can update value? Have a nice day
