Consolidation
They are just reducing the shares to increase the share price. It went up to 6 or 7 before, but I belive that was due to amar buying up some shares and it pushed the stock up, probably caught some shorts offside. I don't think it should have any adverse affects on the stocks because it is done just to increase the value of the stcok to meet nasdaq. The nasdaq is where the big players play, so that's how the price is going to go back up again....could go down too.
