Ive been sifting through Vanadium Corp. v.vrb for some sort of history into this venture.
Looks as though the same band wagon and were late to the table. They indicated keeping their mineral interests, so suspect a "Spinco" company will be formed.
Who are we building this for ?? any customers looking for this ....
