Pretty expensive circumnavigation for eBay, they can all make mistakes... Did Any and Witzie make the same mistake as eBay or have they got the technology as well as the business?
We are going to see a lot of carrier independent handsets soon, that will allow VoIP to properly flourish in the hand held market. the iPhone's and Blackberries are grounded from voip by the carriers, but with android and its 22 handsets from all different hardware groups on the way - plus Nokia's maemo efforts - People are going to get tired of jailbreaking and futzing the en vogue devices and use something that works, which costs nothing. VoIP will be here when you can no longer see it.
