Teels is an active geo thermal basin as stated . IT is NOT a dry arid basin like Clayton valley is in the dry season. Roads had to be built , if you look on the website you will see it was not an easy or cheap task to build roads and pads. However it is drill ready to the best of my knowledge and you can technically drive the drill onto the pad, set up and start drilling. So when a drill is hired there will be no long delay stting up,just plunk her down and sart churning away to get the slurry out for testing, if you get my drift. Maybe a little more complicated then that but pretty straight forward.
Teels - DJI has water rights so no hold back there either.
