You got buys @ .112 on the US side and dumb small sells as low as .09 the same day on Can side. Like I said before somebody has it pegged nicely to buy Can side and turn it around and sell US side same day for a tidy little profit. No crews or drill yet. Teels is an active geo thermal basin as stated . IT is NOT a dry arid basin like Clayton valley is in the dry season. Roads had to be built , if you look on the website you will see it was not an easy or cheap task to build roads and pads.
