Thanks for responding. I understand the parties only entered into a Letter of Understanding. Given the same, I suspect they haven't got that far in hashing out the details pending the test results.
I also ffollowed up on your reference to the agreement between ICM & SX. I notced the agreement gives SX an equity interest in ICM. If Dajin could negotiate something similar it would address needing cash to extract, however, would lead to dilution of shares.
Looking forward to hearing postive new and seeing a jump in share price.
