Complicated. As suspected it's either likely really bad news, or it has to do with the srtucture of the company. Complicated , especially if they are selling parts or perhaps all of it.
Could also be the spin out and I would be careful as well given their last difficult report on Hyundai.
At this point we are just over an hour away from the close so maybe it's not going to trade so they have the weekend to think about how to word the news release.
You can only hope it's good news but be prepared for the worst.
Personally a big guy buying them would be perfect.
