.. it could go either way during the webinar .. they may or may not hint at what the news is... however.. it is somewhat suspicious that they would hold this 'webinar' the same day as the halt...as someone had pointed out here ... it does look as if they knew prior... 

.. but .. that's only speculation.

The body language and voice tone of whoever is hosting will be very telling... 

Let's see this 'webinar.'..
