RE:RE:Nasdaq Listing Absolutely agree with @Kensin!
We voted against a split.
And CEO Gunter said, it would not be necessary anymore because we got liquidity in. By just doing solid business.
A split would harm every shareholder who buys until than.
DM can easily get to $3 CAD without any split.
One or two double digit million AI contracts.
One or two double digit million COVID contracts.
And we are easily above $1 CAD! Very likely more.
And by the way, if you bring U.S. governmental AI contracts with you, NASDAQ won't be interested in who many shares you issued. And by the way e.g. Facebook has issued 2,849,103,300 shares.

None of us has ever seen a reverse split that worked. The price always retraces.
Also the U.S. shorters make Canadians look like pre-school. They can literally destroy a good company.
If they go to the OTC Board they need to have the weight of big contracts and FDA approvals on the COVID side and AI has to be up and running.
Be careful what you wish for. Trading shares are 71% Roughly 165 mil. We are not sure what part this new investor might play in the voting. That move was not about money.
